Though we've had many incredible outdoor networking and shooting events, we are so excited for our next outdoor WORKSHOP!

What to expect at the Coastal Monochrome Workshop

The workshop grants the opportunity to work with professional models on a set, theme, and location with a little more supervision and education than the networking events. Michael and Rose will assist with all questions throughout the workshop. There will be between 4-10 models and the possibility of 12 photographers. You will have the opportunity to meet new models and photographers which will help build your network.  You will learn to navigate posing numerous models together, but also one-on-one. Use your creativity to capture fun and interesting poses, angles, and scenery. 

We will be bringing various fabrics to match outfits, and one backdrop stand.

What you'll need as a photographer

You'll need your camera, lenses, and any props that you desire. Bring film if you'd like as well!

What you'll need as a model

Models are expected to wear something full monochrome.

(It is VERY IMPORTANT that you credit all collaborators when you release your images. The heart of our passions is with the community surrounding it, so not crediting artists is taken very seriously and may result in an inability to attend future events.)

All models and photographers show up fully ready to shoot by 3:30 PM

Speech and rules chat

Matchups begin at 4:00 PM

Free for all 4:45 PM

Ending chat and group photo 7:30 PM

All attendees agree to this contract upon arrival, so check it out beforehand!

I FURTHER WAIVE ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO REVIEW OR APPROVE ANY USE OF THE IMAGES AND WRITTEN COPY OR FINISHED PRODUCTS. PRINT PUBLICATIONS NEED TO BE PRE-APPROVED BY THE PHOTOGRAPHER WHO TOOK THE IMAGES.

ALL PHOTOGRAPHERS, MODELS, MAKEUP ARTISTS, STYLISTS, AND CREATIVES INVOLVED IN THE PROCESS OF THE EVENT MUST BE TAGGED IN ALL SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS
